My Sleeping Beauty

Hello everyone!! Here is a layout based on Ed's Sketch. You have to include stamps or cutouts of butterflies or any winged creatures in your layout. I just can't resist this one, as I really love to include butterflies in my layout; it kinda makes the layout seems more alive, somehow. Here I used Basic Grey Porcelain papers and stamps. Don't you just love the tie-dye papers in the collection? Here I scrap a lovely picture of Zara sleeping soundly during our photoshoot last year. Almost done scrapping last year's pics, can't wait to scrap the pictures from our latest photoshoot! Thanks for stopping by!

ADORE

Another layout for Creative Scrappers, this time a sweet layout from July Gaceta, Sketch #81. This time I scrap a picture of me and my mom, during Raya hols 2 years ago. I am glad to finally use these flower stickers, which matched perfectly with our Raya baju kurung. I just love these soft pastel colors of purple and blue! Do check out other DT amazing reveal and hope that you will join us too! TFL!!

iSwim

This is a layout for Scrap The Girls November challenge. I know, it's already December, but this one was a last minute one. It was a color challenge; to create a layout using these colors below. It looks like a boyish color, but you have to take a peek at the fantastic entries, very girlish and amazing! Here is a picture of Zara, splashing in a kiddie pool at our backyard. It matched perfectly with the cheerful colors, and I especially like how to lace background compliment everything. :)

SIL December challenge - Tough Guy

It's December already! Can't believe how fast time flies.. Soon, it's gonna be 2010! Anyway, for December, Yatie came up with a great challenge for Scrap-It-Lah. We have to do a layout that incorporate these things:

1) Something Green
2) Using Black and White Photo(s) which means single or multiple photos
3) To include a quote in the layout or other projects.

I don't usually use B&W photos, as I usually send my photos to print in bulk at the print store. So, for this challenge, I used my dusty printer that haven't been used in ages. I barely have enough ink to print these photos of Zareef. Lucky it turned out OK!

I like how this one turned out, and it has deep meaning to me too. Zareef is a big boy now (he really is maturing a bit). The quote in this layout is really an advice from me to Zareef, so he can be adventurous, brave, and explore the world with an open mind; Do the best in everything he does, better than anyone else. Just go for it!

Hope you join us in this challenge. Do check out the awesome DT take on this one!
