Hey Dee Ho!!! Hopefully by the time this post is up, we are away and enjoying Sydney! :))) I did this layout in rush, completed it within half an hour! I wanted to get it done before our road trip, and the challenge ends last day of April.
The inspiration comes from Once Upon A Sketch, a site that emphasize on journalling. I have to admit, I am way too lazy in that department. It is always an afterthought instead. This time they want us to journal the reason we scrap the pictures. I scrapped pictures of us at Brighton Beach last Christmas... The reason? I am simply thankful for this wonderful family :)
Again using the Feb Nook kit.. I always find it a challenge to use these gorgeous Webster Pages PP. As always, I kept it very simple with these PP.
These Prima flowers and bling-bling are always my favorite!
I am beginning to use these Kaiserkraft wooden flourish more and more now.. they are just so gorgeous and always compliment the pages really well..
The simple journaling...
Ok peeps... sorry if I have been quiet and not dropping some love at your blogs.. I promise to catch up when we get back from Sydney :)))))

Done with Kindy... Well Done, Zareef!
Wooohooo.. we are all prepared for our road trip to Sydney!!!! Ready or not, here we come!! But here's another layout I want to share before we embark on this crazy long drive to Sydney!
Here are pictures of Zareef during his Kindy's graduation day. It was not as grand as it would be in Malaysia, where they have grand concerts and proper ceremony in a big hall. We had a small ceremony at the centre and a simple dance after that. But, it was a big day for Zareef. He is done with Kindy, and will take his first step into the 'real' world!! I can't believe how big he is now!!!!!
This layout is inspired by Get Picky April Sketch Challenge. I used Nook April kit this time, which is way too awesome! It is so versatile, can be boyish and also feminine. Super cool!
Buttons are always a great addition to boyish layouts...
Drew a ring using Sharpie's on a transparency, cut and paste it on the ruler bar.
Have a nice holiday!

For my mama...
Hello everyone. Today is an exciting day.... I am officially on holiday.. Super Dee Duper!!!!! I want to share another layout, this one is especially for my mom.. I feel guilty as I haven't scrapped much of her.. :) Here she looked very blissful within the wild flowers, hence the title. Yes, she really really likes flowers. I am so grateful she's around now, makes our life so much easier for sure!
This layout is inspired by The The Lollipop Ladies Easter Egg challenge. Yeayyy for Easter & the holiday!! I am inspired again by the bright purple & blue colors, and also the sparkles too. These BG and Kaiserkraft papers are just puurfect. I am back to fussy cutting and lots of layering again. I love how the layers turned out :))))
This layout used Twisted Sketches #96, with the twist of "card". I used a journaling card in this one.
Combination of Prima flowers and cutouts... took a long time cutting and arranging until I got it right. Have to say it was tedious but fun!
Added some sparkly butterflies...
Have a great Easter ahead for those that celebrate!

Here comes Devastator!
Hello Monday. I am so glad that this will be a short work week for me, as Easter holiday is around the corner.. Yay, can't wait! Anyway, wanna share another layout today.. this one is for These Are a Few of My Favorite Things Past challenge. Yes, we can choose any of their past challenges. How cool is that?
For this one, I chose My Favorite Toy. At least Zareef's fave!! He really really really like Transformers, especially this particular 'Devastator' robot. If you watch Revenge of the Fallen, you have to admit it is kinda cool! It is made up of 7 different Decepticon robots. Zareef has two different 'Devastator' robots, a small AND a big version. Talk about total fanatics! LOL!
I used Creative Scrappers Sketch #151 for this one. I like this sketch, it is a bit different and perfect for these pictures!
I am glad to finally use these tractors and trucks stickers.. perfect for 'Devastator' theme.. :))
The list of robots that made up 'Devastator'.. yeah, now I am Transformers educated!
Did some misting over Tim Holz masks.. great compliment to Nook April kit, I think!
And oh, did I mention I won Scrapping The Music "Hanging by a moment"? Yeay! Have a great week ahead!!! :)

Love.. is all I need from you
It's almost Friday, yeay!! Tomorrow my best friend from Malaysia will visit us here in Melbourne so I am pretty excited to see her!! :))
Another layout from last weekend that I want to share.. It was inspired by Get Picky March Inspiration Challenge. Bummer, I didn't know the challenge ended yesterday! LOL, better get all the deadlines straight next time! But I was inspired by the colorful flowers and butterflies in the poster, and here is what I came up with. A bit off my usual style, but I kind of like it...
Zara looks really pretty in pink, surrounded by pink roses, doesn't she? :) I am also joining The Creative Type April challenge. Need to use a title from the famous Eat, Pray or Love book. I chose love :) as my title. The sketch is from Creative Scrappers Sketch #150.
Of course, can't help but added some bling-bling
Love this butterfly stamp... :)
Thank you again for visiting... Come again tomorrow for my first reveal at Sketchabilities!!!!!!!! It will be a grand reveal with the oficial opening of our gallery. So do hop over there tomorrow and join the fun! :)))

I can C U!
A short entry this time. I am running short of patience with the kids today!
Anyway, this layout is for Candy Shoppe Designs April collage challenge. I am inspired by the spring theme, and bunnies!!! These Cosmo Crickets Togetherness PP are perfect, don't you think? Love this photo of Zareef... isn't that an awesome shot? I am really glad hubby is really into photography now, just for my scrapbooking! I used Pencil Lines Sketch #232 this time... love the banner! :)
Those bunnies are so cute!!
As I said, love this banner! :))))
Thanks for visiting!

Beware, HULK is here!!!!
How was your weekend, everyone? Mine was relaxing... the weather turned suddenly, typical of Melbourne, and it was cold to hang out outside for too long. I didn't think I will get lots of scrapping done but I managed to complete 3 layouts nevertheless... so I'm happy :))
The first one I want to share with you all... is this layout of Zareef. I just love this picture of him, so much anger and rage. Bravo to hubby for capturing this moment. This layout is for Sketchy Thursday May GD challenge. I don't expect to win but I really do love the sketch, perfect for this picture. The sketch called for more artsy layout, but I don't have time, tools, and space to make mess! :))
I purposely choose bright green PP as background, just as HULK. Hope I did this picture justice!
I am loving this twine... I think I will use it more and more.. need to stock up as this is the last of it! :)
I painted to cardboard red... as bloody red..
Thanks for visiting... have a good week ahead!

Hanging by a moment
Yeay... weekend is almost here. No work for me tomorrow as we are having an off-site day at the Yarra Valley instead.. Double Yeay!!! :)))) Anyway, here is another layout I did last weekend. This is inspired by Scrapping the Music challenge with the song "Hanging by a moment". It is a nice song, and for some reasons I immediately thought of this picture of me and Zara chillin during a picnic. It was a great day... :)))
I am also inspired by Scrap The Girls April picture inspiration challenge. The colors reminded me of these Basic Grey Curio papers, and I also added a bird and butterflies similar to the picture. Oh, I am in love with these papers.. gorgeous and rich colors!!! I used a sketch from Sketchabilities #45.. which reminds me that our first reveal will be next!!! Stay tune...!!! :)))
Love these Prima flowers!!
Have a great weekend ahead!

Dora party
How was your week so far? Mine has been good, hooray that hubby is home! :)) Another layout to share today, this one is for Scrap-It-Lah April challenge. Did you know that they are having their 2nd anniversary bash in April? They have not only one, or two, or three, but SEVEN challenges!!!! Each challenge last for 7 days. This means SEVEN RAKS! So go check them out!
The 1st challenge is by DT Wati, which is to create a layout of birthdays. Perfect! I have these pictures from Zara's birthday party in January that I wanted to scrap and also put into a mini. Zara really likes Dora so we had a Dora party. A great Dora ice cream cake with lots of Dora party stuffs too.. :))
Finally managed to use these box stickers that I had for ages!
Added some stickles around the stickers to add some glitter
Glad that I managed to use some leftover stickers from the party.. perfect!
Thanks again for dropping by!
