It's a long weekend for me, and it means more scrapping time! I am so happy that I completed 3 layouts yesterday. Here is one of them.. I bumped into this interesting challenge blog,
ARTastic, which use painting or art to inspire scrapbook layouts. That is a great idea, isn't it? So, I tried their January challenge, which is based on Pro Hart's Floral #2. I love bright colors and love flowers so here is what I came up with. Too bad that I missed their deadline! I didn't know that the challenge is already closed for January. Oh well, I had fun doing this layout anyway and love the inspiration.
I cut up almost all of the My Little Shoebox floral papers and layer them all up! Love the pastel colors too, and how it fit with the pictures :) This layout is based on
Scrapbook Challenges Sketch #183. Great sketch again, but I simplify the sketch a bit and did not incorporate the wavy outline of pictures.
Gosh Maz, those are some very AWESOME cutting. Love your take on the sketch!
